Mt Hotham Racing Squad Incorporated is one of Australia's oldest not-for-profit Winter Sports Clubs and is governed by an elected volunteer committee who maintain overall responsibility in conjunction with the Program Director and Coaching Staff to achieve the club's Statement of Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
- To promote, encourage and foster competitive snow sports.
- To provide support facilities for snow sports, training, and competition.
- To develop and foster snow sports athletes to an elite level.
- To enter into contracts with persons, companies, or any other body to fulfil the abovementioned objectives.
