Pathway Programs / FTEM Model

Our 2023 Pathway Programs will include several training options to suit your needs, including the 4 days(U10) or 5 days Full-time program (Wed/Thurs to Sunday), 3-day a week Part-time Plus (Friday to Sunday), Weekends (Saturday to Sunday), and a Block of pre-purchased and preset 20 days of training. 

Our core training programs will commence on-snow for the U14, U16, 16+ FIS, and Master’s groups from . For our U8, U10, and U12 groups training will commence on-snow from the June school holidays, and the season’s core training programs will conclude in September. We also offer a number of training camps across the school holiday periods. A typical training day consists of ~6 hours of training, which includes both time on-snow & dryland fitness training.

teamHOTHAM offers a variety of programs, across Alpine Skiing, Freeride Skiing, and Snowboarding to suit varying levels of experience and competitive aspirations. Our Youth Development Ski and Snowboard Programs are designed for athletes in the U8 to U12 age group and these Pathway Programs focus on developing fundamental skills whilst maximising fun and time on snow.  

For the older athletes who are getting more serious about their training and competition needs we offer for the U14 and above athletes the choice of specialised performance-based programs, athletes can select a discipline specialisation across Alpine Skiing, Freeride Skiing or Alpine Race & SBX Snowboarding or Freeride Snowboarding disciplines. Athletes who choose to specialise in a certain discipline are still provided with exposure to a variety of training environments, disciplines and all-mountain conditions.  

So no matter if you’re looking for an introductory camp to prepare for an interschools competition or you’re looking for a full-time performance-based Pathway Program, teamHOTHAM has a program that will suit your needs.
